The BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology) is a four-year professional degree programme facilitated by TSHM & TF in collaboration with recognized universities. It is the most comprehensive qualification in the hotel management field, covering food production and culinary technology, food & beverage service, front office management, accommodation operations, hotel engineering, hospitality law, financial management, and strategic hospitality management. The programme includes structured industrial training with hotel partners, giving students substantial real-world experience before graduation. The degree is awarded by the partnering university; TSHM & TF provides the training, academic support, and placement network.
